4 tbsp Cabot Butter, softened (On Sale: $3.99)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Step 1: Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
