2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
Step 1: Soak drumsticks in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight in refrigerator).
