4 Petite Lobster Tails - 4 oz each (On Sale: $4.99)
1 lb New York Strip Steaks (On Sale: $8.99)
4 tbsp melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh parsley for garnish
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting down the center of the shell.
Step 2: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over lobster meat.
