2 lb Raw Jumbo Argentine Shrimp (On Sale: $15.00)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add lemon juice, bay leaf, and salt.
Step 2: Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink and curled.
Step 3: Transfer immediately to an ice bath.
Step 4: Mix ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, and a squeeze of lemon for cocktail sauce.
Step 5: Peel shrimp, leaving tails on.
Step 6: Arrange around a bowl of cocktail sauce.
Step 7: Serve chilled with lemon wedges.
Chef's Tip: Don't overcook the shrimp — they should be just pink and firm.
Serve with Lemon wedges and crackers.
