2 mangos, diced (On Sale: 99¢)
1 head butter lettuce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
Step 1: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Cook ground sausage, breaking into crumbles, for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain fat.
Step 3: Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds.
Step 4: Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
