Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches

Toasted English muffins stacked with Canadian bacon, a fried egg, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Dietz & Watson Canadian Bacon (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 4 Schmidt English Muffins (On Sale: BOGO FREE)

  • 4 slices Bowl & Basket Shredded Cheese (On Sale: 3/$5)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Toast English muffins.

Step 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm Canadian bacon slices for 1 minute per side.

Step 3: Fry eggs in butter to your preference.

Step 4: Layer Canadian bacon on the bottom muffin half.

Step 5: Top with cheese and fried egg.

Step 6: Season with salt and pepper. Close with top muffin half.

Step 7: Serve immediately.

Chef's Tip: Toast the muffins in the pan with a bit of butter for extra crunch.
