Pan-seared salmon with sweet honey mustard glaze over rice with fresh vegetables.
2 lb Bowl & Basket Salmon Fillets (On Sale: $15.99)
1 bag Bowl & Basket Baby Bella Mushrooms (On Sale: 2/$5)
3 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Step 1: Mix honey, mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Step 2: Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Place salmon skin-side up and cook 4 minutes. Flip and cook 3 more minutes.
Step 5: Brush glaze over salmon and cook 1 more minute.
Step 6: Remove salmon and set aside.
Step 7: In same pan, add remaining oil and sauté mushrooms and broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 8: Divide rice among 4 bowls.
Step 9: Top with vegetables and salmon.
Step 10: Drizzle with remaining glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Chef's Tip: Don't move the salmon once placed in the pan - let it develop a nice crust.
