Quick and elegant pasta dish featuring succulent EZ peel shrimp in a garlic butter sauce with fresh herbs.
1 lb Bowl & Basket Raw EZ Peel Shrimp (On Sale: $14.99)
1 lb spaghetti
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $3.50)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Step 2: Peel and devein shrimp if needed. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 3: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4: Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from pan.
Step 5: Add white wine and lemon juice to pan, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add cooked pasta to pan with 1/2 cup reserved pasta water. Toss to combine.
Step 7: Return shrimp to pan, add parsley, and toss. Add more pasta water if needed.
Step 8: Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
