Crispy red potatoes with scrambled eggs, cheese, and breakfast sausage for a hearty morning meal.

12 oz Bowl & Basket Breakfast Sausage (On Sale: $2.49)
8 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
Step 2: Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking into crumbles. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In same skillet, add butter and potatoes. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Return sausage to pan.
Step 5: Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over potato mixture.
Step 6: Scramble everything together until eggs are just set.
Step 7: Top with cheese and green onions, cover briefly to melt cheese, then serve.
