4 Center Cut Bone-In Pork Chops (about 1.5 lbs) (On Sale: $1.99)
1.5 lb Bowl & Basket Creamer Potatoes (On Sale: $2.99)
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes in half and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 3: Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Step 5: Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook 4-5 minutes per side.
