2 lb Bowl & Basket Raw EZ Peel Shrimp (On Sale: $14.99)
1 lb linguine pasta
6 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Step 2: Peel and devein shrimp, pat dry.
Step 3: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Step 4: Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
Step 5: Remove shrimp to a plate.
Step 6: Add wine and lemon juice to pan, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes.
Step 7: Return shrimp to pan with cooked pasta. Toss, adding pasta water as needed for sauce.
Step 8: Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
