2 lb Pork Tenderloin (On Sale: $2.99 lb)
1.5 lb Bowl & Basket Creamer Potatoes (On Sale: $2.99)
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Season pork tenderloin generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in skillet and sear pork on all sides until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 3: Transfer pork to slow cooker. Add garlic and chicken broth.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Step 5: Add creamer potatoes around the pork. Cook an additional 2 hours on low until potatoes are tender and pork reaches 145°F.
Step 6: Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with potatoes and pan juices.
