2 pouches Ben's Ready Rice (On Sale: 2/$6)
10 oz Bowl & Basket Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced (On Sale: 2/$5)
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Step 1: Heat ready rice according to package directions. Divide among 4 bowls.
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté 5-6 minutes until golden.
Step 3: Slice chicken into strips. Add to skillet with mushrooms and pour teriyaki sauce over. Toss to coat and heat through, 3-4 minutes.
