Strawberry Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken

Fresh spinach topped with sweet strawberries, grilled chicken, candied pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Bowl & Basket Chicken Breasts (On Sale: $2.49 lb)

  • 2 lb Strawberries (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 10 oz Organic Girl Baby Spinach (On Sale: $4.99)

  • 1/2 cup candied pecans

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

Step 3: Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Step 4: Wash and hull strawberries, then slice them.

Step 5: Divide spinach among 4 plates.

Step 6: Top with sliced strawberries, grilled chicken, pecans, and feta cheese.

Step 7: Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
