2 lb Bowl & Basket Salmon Fillets (On Sale: $15.99)
1 pint Bowl & Basket Grape Tomatoes, halved (On Sale: $1.99)
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: In a bowl, toss halved grape tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Arrange tomato mixture around and on top of salmon fillets.
Step 5: Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salmon and tomatoes.
Step 6: Bake 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Step 7: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
