Berry Breakfast Parfaits

Layers of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola for a healthy morning start.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Raspberries (On Sale: $1.99)

  • 1 lb Strawberries, sliced (On Sale: $3.50)

  • 1 pint Blueberries (On Sale: $3.50)

  • 24 oz Chobani Greek Yogurt

  • 2 cups granola

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Step 1: In a bowl, gently mix raspberries, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.

Step 2: If desired, drizzle honey over Greek yogurt and stir to combine.

Step 3: In four clear glasses or bowls, create layers starting with yogurt at the bottom.

Step 4: Add a layer of mixed berries, then a layer of granola.

Step 5: Repeat layers until glasses are full, ending with berries on top.

Step 6: Drizzle with additional honey if desired.

Step 7: Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Chef's Tip: Assemble just before serving to keep granola crunchy. Use any combination of berries you prefer.
