3 lb Center Cut Bone-In Pork Chops (On Sale: $1.99 lb)
3 lb Gala Little Snappers Apples, diced (On Sale: $4.99)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil.
Step 2: Grill chops 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and let rest.
Step 3: While chops grill, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 4: Cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve pork chops topped with warm apple compote.
