Crispy Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Golden breaded chicken topped with marinara and melted mozzarella on soft slider rolls.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Perdue Breaded Chicken Cutlets (On Sale: 2/$6)

  • 12 ct Pepperidge Farm Slider Rolls (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 1 jar Prego Pasta Sauce (On Sale: 2/$6)

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Step 1: Cook chicken cutlets according to package directions. Cut into slider-sized portions.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 3: Slice rolls in half horizontally without separating.

Step 4: Place bottom half in a baking dish.

Step 5: Layer chicken pieces on rolls.

Step 6: Spoon pasta sauce over chicken.

Step 7: Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 8: Place top half of rolls over cheese.

Step 9: Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush over tops.

Step 10: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.

Step 11: Slice into individual sliders and serve.

Chef's Tip: Use toothpicks to hold sliders together during baking.

Save by using Frozen breaded chicken makes these sliders quick and affordable. and Serve with Marinara dipping sauce.
