4 Grade A Large Eggs (On Sale: 99¢ each)
1 loaf Dave's Killer Bread, cubed (On Sale: 2/$9)
1 cup milk
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2: Whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup.
Step 3: Add cubed bread to the dish and pour the pumpkin mixture evenly over the top, pressing bread down to soak.
Step 4: Let sit 10 minutes, then bake 30-35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Step 5: Slice and serve warm with extra maple syrup.
Chef's Tip: Let the bread cubes soak in the pumpkin-egg mixture for at least 10 minutes before baking so every piece is custardy.
