1.5 lb Chairman's Reserve Prime Pork Tenderloin (On Sale: $1.99 lb)
1 lb Gala, McIntosh or Red Delicious Apples, sliced (On Sale: $3.99 lb)
1/4 cup Golden Blossom Honey (On Sale: 2/$5)
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper and rosemary, then sear in an oven-safe skillet 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 2: Whisk together honey and apple cider vinegar; pour over the tenderloin.
Step 3: Arrange apple slices around the pork and roast 18-20 minutes until pork reaches 145°F internally.
Step 4: Rest 5 minutes, slice, and spoon pan juices and apples over the top before serving.
