4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Toss quartered potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
