1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Place haddock fillets in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
