1 (12 oz) Bowl & Basket Tzatziki Yogurt Dip
1 (14 oz) Mini Cucumbers, diced
1 pt Bowl & Basket Grape Tomatoes, halved
3 cups cooked quinoa or rice
2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
