Caramel Apple Brownie Sundae

Warm brownies layered with vanilla ice cream, cinnamon-sautéed apples and whipped cream — a fun harvest-season dessert for apple-picking celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Killer Brownies, quartered (On Sale: $3)

  • 1 pint Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 2 Honeycrisp Apples, sliced (On Sale: $1.99 lb)

  • 1 can Reddi-wip Topping (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Step 1: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté apple slices with cinnamon until tender, about 5-6 minutes.

Step 2: Warm the brownie pieces slightly in the microwave.

Step 3: Layer brownie pieces in bowls, top with a scoop of ice cream and the warm cinnamon apples.

Step 4: Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.

Chef's Tip: Warm the brownies slightly before assembling so the ice cream gets perfectly melty.
