Spiced Apple Cider Snack Cake

A festive fall dessert made easy — doctored cake mix gets a boost from real apple cider and fresh apples for a moist, spiced snack cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Favorites Super Moist Cake Mix (On Sale: 2/$4)

  • 1 cup Bowl & Basket Apple Cider (On Sale: $3.49)

  • 1 lb Honeycrisp Apples, diced (On Sale: $1.99 lb)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 2: Whisk cake mix, apple cider, eggs, oil, and cinnamon together until smooth.

Step 3: Fold in diced apples and pour batter into the prepared pan.

Step 4: Bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5: Cool before slicing and serving.
