2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high. Season pork tomahawk steaks generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Grill steaks 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F; let rest 5 minutes.
Step 3: While steaks grill, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add sliced apples and onion.
