Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Sandwiches

Crispy bacon, fluffy eggs and melted cheese tucked into warm buttery biscuits — a homemade breakfast that beats the drive-thru.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon (On Sale: $4.99)

  • 4 Eggs (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 1 can Grands! Biscuits (On Sale: $1.99)

  • 4 slices American Cheese (On Sale: 2/$6)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Bake biscuits according to package directions.

Step 2: Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; set aside on paper towels.

Step 3: In the same skillet with a bit of butter, scramble or fry the eggs to desired doneness.

Step 4: Split warm biscuits and layer with bacon, egg and a slice of cheese to melt before serving.

Chef's Tip: Assemble extra sandwiches and freeze individually, wrapped in foil, for grab-and-go mornings.
