1.5 lbs Bowl & Basket Creamer Potatoes
2 Lemons
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Halve the creamer potatoes and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of the baking sheet.
