2 packages Glory Foods Collard Greens (16 oz each)
4 oz diced ham
1 onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: In a large pot, sauté diced ham and onion until onion is softened.
Step 2: Add collard greens, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
