Fresh summer corn grilled to perfection and slathered with savory herb butter.
12 ears Loose Sweet Corn (On Sale: 12/$2)
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter, softened (On Sale: $2.99)
2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or basil)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2: Mix softened butter with chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Pull back corn husks (but don't remove) and remove silk. Fold husks back over corn.
Step 4: Grill corn, turning occasionally, for 12-15 minutes until kernels are tender and lightly charred.
Step 5: Remove from grill, pull back husks, and spread herb butter over hot corn. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip: Soak corn in water for 15 minutes before grilling to prevent husks from burning too quickly.
