Thick-cut porterhouse steaks grilled to perfection and topped with homemade garlic herb butter. A classic steakhouse dinner at home.
4 Porterhouse Steaks (about 2 lbs) (On Sale: $7.99 lb)
12 ears Sweet Corn (On Sale: 12/$3)
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $2.99)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Step 1: Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F).
Step 2: Mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley; set aside.
Step 3: Brush steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
Step 5: Remove steaks from grill and top each with a pat of garlic herb butter.
Step 6: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Chef's Tip: Let steaks rest at room temperature 30 minutes before grilling. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
