Crispy Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard

Golden, crispy chicken tenders served with a tangy honey mustard dipping sauce - perfect for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Perdue Fresh Cut Strips (On Sale: $5.99)

  • 1 bottle French's Yellow Mustard (On Sale: $1.49)

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or panko

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Set up breading station: flour seasoned with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Coat each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

Step 3: Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet to 350°F.

Step 4: Fry chicken tenders 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Drain on paper towels.

Step 6: Mix French's mustard with honey for dipping sauce.

Step 7: Serve hot with honey mustard.

Chef's Tip: For extra crispy tenders, let them rest on a wire rack for 5 minutes after frying. Double-dip for thicker coating.
