2 lbs Bowl & Basket Red Potatoes (On Sale: $4.99)
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $2.99)
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 lemons, halved
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Step 1: Fill a large stockpot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning and lemon halves, then bring to a boil.
Step 2: Cut the potatoes into quarters and add to the boiling water, cooking for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cut the corn into thirds and add to the pot, cooking 5 more minutes.
Step 4: Add the shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes until pink and opaque.
Step 5: While the seafood cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan and saute the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6: Drain the boil and spread it out on a large platter or paper-lined table.
Step 7: Drizzle the garlic butter over everything and garnish with parsley.
Step 8: Serve right away with extra lemon wedges.
Chef's Tip: Add the shrimp last and pull them the moment they turn pink and opaque so they stay tender. Pour everything onto a paper-lined table and let everyone dig in.
