Fresh salmon fillets baked with a simple lemon butter sauce - light, healthy, and elegant.
2 lbs Salmon Fillets (On Sale: $9.99 lb)
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $2.99)
2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Place salmon fillets on prepared sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Melt butter and mix with lemon juice, garlic, and dill.
Step 4: Pour butter mixture over salmon fillets.
Step 5: Top with lemon slices.
Step 6: Bake 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Step 7: Serve immediately with pan juices drizzled over top.
Chef's Tip: Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internal temperature. Don't overbake or it will be dry.
