1/2 cup chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker with sliced onion.
Step 2: Pour chicken broth over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Step 3: Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Step 4: Return shredded pork to slow cooker and stir in BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 30 more minutes.
Step 5: Serve pulled pork on hamburger rolls with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
