Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Tender pulled pork cooked low and slow, perfect for feeding a crowd at summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs Pork Tenderloin (On Sale: $2.49 lb)

  • 18 oz Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)

  • 8 Ball Park Hamburger Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker with sliced onion.

Step 2: Pour chicken broth over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

Step 3: Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.

Step 4: Return shredded pork to slow cooker and stir in BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 30 more minutes.

Step 5: Serve pulled pork on hamburger rolls with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Chef's Tip: For extra flavor, add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the pork during the last hour of cooking.
