1 tube (48 oz) 73/27 Ground Beef (On Sale: $13.99)
2 jars Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)
1 lb Ronzoni Pasta (On Sale: $0.99)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 2: Form into 16 meatballs (about 2 inches each).
Step 3: Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 4: Pour pasta sauce over meatballs and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 5: Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 6: Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta with extra Parmesan.
