1 Sweet Onion, diced (On Sale: $1.49 lb)

Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Step 2: Score each hot dog with a few shallow diagonal cuts.
Step 3: Grill the hot dogs, turning often, until browned and heated through, about 7 minutes.
Step 4: Warm the baked beans in a saucepan or on the grill until bubbling.
Step 5: Toast the rolls on the grill for the last 30 seconds.
Step 6: Tuck a hot dog into each roll and top with ketchup, mustard, onion, and relish.
Step 7: Serve with a scoop of warm baked beans on the side.
