2 Sweet Onions, sliced (On Sale: $1.49 lb)
1 loaf Maier's Italian Bread (On Sale: BOGO)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Step 2: Toss the sliced peppers and onions with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Place the vegetables in a grill basket and cook, stirring, until tender and charred, about 12 minutes.
Step 4: Grill the sausages, turning often, until browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Warm the Italian bread on the grill for the last minute.
Step 6: Pile the sausages and vegetables into the bread and serve hot.
