Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

Classic garlic butter shrimp served over pasta - an elegant meal ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Bowl & Basket Raw EZ Peel Shrimp (On Sale: $14.99)

  • 12 oz Ronzoni Pasta (On Sale: $0.99)

  • 4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Step 3: Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4: Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink.

Step 5: Add white wine and lemon juice, bring to a simmer.

Step 6: Toss pasta with shrimp mixture, garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes, and serve.

Chef's Tip: Don't overcook the shrimp - they're done when they turn pink and opaque.
