3 lbs Porterhouse Steaks (On Sale: $7.99 lb)
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter (On Sale: $2.99)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Remove steaks from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2: Meanwhile, soften butter and mix with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside.
Step 3: Preheat grill to high heat. Brush steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
Step 5: Remove from grill and top each steak with a pat of herb butter. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
