1 lb Ground Beef (from 48 oz tube) (On Sale: $13.99)
1 bag Tostitos Tortilla Chips (On Sale: 2/$6)
1 bag Kraft Shredded Cheese (On Sale: $1.99)
1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (On Sale: $0.99)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 green onions, sliced
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
Step 3: Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions; simmer 5 minutes.
Step 4: Spread half the chips on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
Step 5: Top with half the seasoned beef and half the cheese.
Step 6: Add remaining chips, beef, and cheese.
Step 7: Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8: Top with sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
Step 9: Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip: Layer chips and cheese twice for maximum coverage. Add jalapeños for extra heat.
