2 lbs Pork Tenderloin (On Sale: $2.49 lb)
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)
8 Ball Park Hamburger Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Step 2: Place in slow cooker with chicken broth and brown sugar.
Step 3: Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until very tender.
Step 4: Remove pork and shred with two forks.
Step 5: Return to slow cooker and toss with BBQ sauce.
Step 6: Keep warm until ready to serve.
Step 7: Toast hamburger rolls and fill with pulled pork.
