Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Step 1: Heat the pulled pork according to package directions until warmed through.
Step 2: Stir the barbecue sauce and a splash of cider vinegar into the warm pork.
Step 3: For a little kick, mix the hot sauce into the coleslaw.
Step 4: Pile the saucy pork onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
Step 5: Top each sandwich with a scoop of coleslaw and the top roll.
Step 6: Serve right away while the pork is warm.
Chef's Tip: Warm the pulled pork low and slow so it stays moist, and pile the slaw right on top of the sandwich for the classic sweet-and-tangy crunch.
