2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp coarse black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Step 2: Stir the softened butter together with the minced garlic and parsley, then set aside.
Step 3: Pat the steaks dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Brush the grates with oil, then grill the steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Step 5: Top each steak with a spoonful of garlic herb butter and let rest 5 minutes.
Step 6: Grill the corn for 10 to 12 minutes, turning until lightly charred.
Step 7: Serve the steaks with the grilled corn and extra herb butter on the side.
Chef's Tip: Let the steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling and use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Rest them five minutes after grilling so the juices stay in the meat.
