1/2 Golden Pineapple, diced (On Sale: $2.99)
8 oz bagged carrots, shredded (On Sale: 99¢)
3 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise (On Sale: $5.99)
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Core pineapple and dice into small chunks.
Step 2: Shred cabbage and carrots (or use a box grater for the carrots).
Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
