3 lb boneless pork roast (On Sale: $2.99 lb)
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: 2/$4)
12 ct Martin's Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Mix onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2: Rub the spice mixture all over the pork roast.
Step 3: Place the pork in the slow cooker.
Step 4: Pour half the bottle of BBQ sauce and the apple cider vinegar over the pork.
Step 5: Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
