1 lb mini sweet peppers, sliced (On Sale: $4.99)
2 avocados (On Sale: $4.99)
3 limes (On Sale: 2/$1)
2 cups rice, cooked
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
Step 1: Cook rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Slice sweet peppers into strips.
