A New Twist on Casseroles
We're all too familiar with those unhealthy, heavy-in-the-stomach casserole dishes. Give your casserole a healthy twist by using whole grain noodles (of your choice). Add an 8 ounce can of low-sodium chicken broth, your favorite fresh vegetables, fresh cracked pepper, and herbs of choice. If you're in the mood for something creamy, then opt for a low-fat cream soup, such as Campbell's 99 percent fat-free cream of broccoli soup.
