Grilled Pineapple

Looking for a delicious dessert that won’t pack on the pounds? Grilled pineapple will delight your taste buds.


  • A few slices of pineapple
  • 1 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
  • Fat free Cool Whip


  1. Fire up the grill and keep on low heat (or use a grill pan on your stovetop).
  2. Place the pineapple slices on the grill.
  3. When you achieve your desired grill marks, remove the pineapple slices and put them in a bowl.
  4. Serve with one scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt and top with fat free Cool Whip.
