Buffalo Chicken Salad

Great taste of buffalo chicken without the calories.


  • Grilled Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • Low calorie dressing
  • Raw vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers and tomatoes
  • Romaine lettuce


  1. Grill chicken in preferred manner.
  2. In a small bowl, combine two tablespoons of hot sauce with one tablespoon of ranch dressing and mix together.
  3. Add sauce to chicken.
  4. Mix chicken and vegetables and place over romaine lettuce.
  5. Add low calorie dressing to complement the chicken.
